Damages and Issues

Please notify us within 4 days of receiving your package if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so we can evaluate and further assist you.

Item Condition

Please take note that all items are in pre-loved or vintage condition, this means they are not in brand new condition. Minor wear and beauty marks are normal in vintage clothing and is what makes each piece uniquely special.
